LOCAL PICKUP
We offer local pickup only to customers ordering large signage and to our event coordinators. Please keep in mind that we do no have regular business hours and pickup times need to be arranged and confirmed ahead of time.
SHIPPING
Process time for most items available online take 5-7 business days, as all items are cut to order.
We ship across all 48 states (Not Hawaii or Alaska)
Orders are shipped using UPS with a flat rate calculated at checkout. If an order needs to be rushed please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Please note: We are not responsible for any shipping delays made by the carrier. If you need your item urgently, it would be best to contact us as soon as possible and try to place your orders ahead of time.
The customer is responsible for any redelivery fees.
REFUNDS
If in any case you receive your items damaged in the mail, please contact us via email asap with proof and we will issue a refund. The damage to your item must be shown within 24 hours of the delivery.
We do not refund any orders for change of mind.
PAYMENT METHOD
We only accept payment the safest way - our website. If you are placing a custom order, a custom item will be created for you on our website for you to fulfill your payment.
